Carpet Racking

Carpet Racking is designed to efficiently store rolls of carpet, vinyl, fabric, garage doors or any other rolls of product cylindrical in shape.Carpet racks are purpose designed by Storage Ideas using Australian made ColbyRACK components and customized to suit specific customer requirements, product weights and dimensions.

Rolls are placed horizontally onto shelves in the racks creating a clear pick face and allowing forklift operators to deposit and pick rolls easily and fluidly without risk of sagging.

The depth and width of each bay is determined by lengths and diameters of rolls to be stored. Each shelf level within each bay is fitted with boards to support the entire length of the rolls. The shelves above and below the rolls offer protection from dust and minimise the risk of damage.
